1. How can I place an order?

Add your items to the basket and checkout securely using debit/credit cards, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Email rehmatecomist@gmail.com within 1 hour of ordering and we’ll do our best to assist.

3. Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes, we ship to all UK mainland addresses, including Northern Ireland.

4. How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery: 3–5 working days

5. What are the delivery charges?

Standard delivery is £3.95 or FREE on orders over £50. Express delivery is £6.95.

6. What is your returns policy?

Return unworn, unwashed items within 28 days for a refund or exchange.

7. How do I return an item?

Use the returns form in your parcel and post it back with the pre-paid Royal Mail label.

8. Are undergarments returnable?

For hygiene reasons, underwear and lingerie can only be returned if the hygiene seal remains intact.

9. How do I find my size?

Check the size guide on each product page. If between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
